There water colour pencils and iv been using them for about 11 months now =)

Paint is a pain to begin with as its hard to mix the colours that you need =/ thats why i gave up on using them XD but my friend told me about this pencils and well there ace, you can colour like a child and then put a little water to it and it looks ace ^-^ you should try them. ps you manga work is awesome.

Ummm im not sure what they are called but i got them from hobby craft =) also so for the late reply been well busy with work lol.
